Right of withdrawal: a 14-day cooling-off period
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from
your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer
protection laws.
2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from:
- The day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods
3. How to Exercise Your Right

You must send a clear statement (email or regular mail) informing us of your decision to
withdraw from
the contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you excluding additional costs for
non-standard delivery options (e.g., personal door-to-door delivery)
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof
of return
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original
transaction
5. Return of Goods
You must return the goods:
- Within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal
- To the address provided above (or another address communicated by us)
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than
what is necessary to:
- Establish the nature
- Characteristics
- Functioning of the goods
Returned items should be:
- Unused (where possible)
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
- Properly protected for return shipping
- With all accessories that was included
If not, we may:
- Reserve the right to refuse the refund (at least until a settlement is reached)
- Charge a fee for the diminished value of the goods
- Offer a partial refund.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made, made-to-order or personalized products
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed (if
applicable)
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at:

Include photos of the damaged or defective product in your email.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable EU and
Croatian laws.

In accordance with Article 14(1) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have
the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
